Good day! I'm Sam — wife, mom, and proud Superhost on both Airbnb and VRBO with three properties nestled in the beautiful states of West Virginia and Maryland.

I was born and raised on Dominica, a lush nature island in the Caribbean, and today I call Frederick, MD and Harpers Ferry, WV home. There's something about the mountains and rivers of this region that captured my heart the same way my island did — and I love sharing that feeling with every guest who walks through our doors.

Hosting is truly my joy. I've spent over 15 years working across the recruitment and hospitality fields, and that combination has shaped the way I approach every stay — with intention, warmth, and an eye for the details that make guests feel genuinely cared for.

When I'm not perfecting a property or welcoming new guests, you'll find me writing. It's my true passion — a way to connect, inspire, and share the stories behind the places and experiences I love most.
